Let´s talk about diet.

Once your body is not receiving this nutrient, it will start burning energy. This is the good part of this protein diet. And the bad ones are a list:

  • You´ll shed only water on the first month

  • You can have serious troubles with your kidneys.
  • Once you stop it , and restart eating carbohidrates you´ll put your lost weight back on.
